Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Car Sales Shared Services Coordinator to serve as the main contact for management teams and group offices. You will ensure accurate processing of car sales files and coordinate with lenders and vendors to support dealership operations.

The role supports a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a hybrid schedule. The position offers growth opportunities, 14 days PTO in year one, holidays, and full benefits including 401K and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Groups and group admin offices.
• Ensure car sales files are processed accurately and on time.
• Liaise with lenders and product vendors to support dealership operations.
• Answer funding-related questions and provide expert guidance.
• Participate in meetings to improve processes and customer experience.
