Responsibilities
Assist New Car Management Team Daily.
Handle, complete or take on any work-related requests.
Responsible for Dealer Swaps and vehicle documentation.
Opening RO’s for New Car Dept Vehicles.
Inputting delivery info on shared sheets.
Coordinate work needed between sales & service.
Keeping showrooms organized with desired show cars.
Maintaining Test Drive Line with needed models.
Assigning monthly lease/finance portfolio to CA’s.
Reassigning portfolio from orphans in AMM.
Maintaining daily log of all received vehicles.
Full control of inventory and daily tracking.
Accurate management of Inventory/Lot.
Maintaining free spaces for receiving new inventory.
