Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Client Service Leader for our Captives team, based in any US office location. You will drive leadership, deliver strategic client service, and advise clients on industry challenges, with a focus on collaboration and growth.

The role requires extensive captive management experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to guide teams and client engagements. A CPA/CA/ACCA/ACA designation is preferred, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
