Jobot is seeking a Capital Projects Engineer to lead and execute capital projects across multiple manufacturing facilities in a hybrid/remote role. You will manage scope development, startup, closeout, budgets, timelines, and vendor activities, ensuring FDA/GMP compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years of capital project experience, and familiarity with EAM/CMMS systems. Travel 25-50% is expected; salary ranges from $130,000 to $155,000 per year with strong

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of capital project engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects up to $10–50M.
• Strong background in FDA-regulated food or beverage environments.
• Experience with GMPs, food safety standards, and EHS compliance.
• Knowledge of utilities, facilities, infrastructure, and process systems.
• Basic AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and project timelines/budgets.
• PMI/PE credentials preferred.

• Lead and execute capital projects from scope development through startup and closeout.
• Manage capital investments across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Partner with plant leadership and corporate teams on project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee equipment selection, procurement, vendor management, and contractor activities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to automation, packaging, utilities, and production systems.
