Job summary

Danone North America seeks a Project Engineer based in Mt. Crawford, VA to manage capital projects across packaging, processing and utilities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead schedules and budgets, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

The role requires a BS in engineering and at least 3 years in project engineering, with a focus on dairy/beverage manufacturing. Hybrid work and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required.
• 3+ years in project engineering; CPG beverage/food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from initiation to completion with PMO discipline.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Prepare CAPEX docs, review contracts, and create purchase orders.
• Monitor costs, progress, and safety, reporting to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Danone standards and 24/7 plant needs.
