Qualifications

• 8+ years of equivalent project leadership experience in food, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering project leadership within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven success managing capital or technical projects over $5M.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation through execution and close-out.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
