Job summary

University of California- Davis Health is seeking a Data Research Coordinator for the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center. This role provides comprehensive data management for cancer protocols in accordance with GCP, SOPs, and institutional policies.

The DRC supports data collection, transcription to CRFs, and timely data delivery to sponsors. The position emphasizes collaboration with investigators, transplanting strong analytical, regulatory, and communication skills into daily data workflows

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years clinical research coordinator experience.
• Knowledge of FDA and OHRP regulations essential.
• Working knowledge of regulatory processes and data management in clinical trials.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
• Strong analytical, writing and documentation skills; attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Data coordination and submission to study sponsors to ensure quality and timely milestones.
• Perform quality control of data and documentation for trial records.
• Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, sponsors and IRB/FDA as needed to maintain protocol compliance.
