ProAct, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Supervisor in the Syracuse area to provide supervisory leadership and second level support for escalated customer service issues.

The role covers call coverage, issue resolution, and client onboarding support within a hybrid work arrangement. • 2+ years in related call center or supervisory role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervisory leadership and second level support for escalated customer service issues.
• Call Center phone coverage and directing calls to staff.
• Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients including enrollments, changes and deletions.
• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for PBM clients.
