Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator to manage incoming calls for the Sales Supervision team and support non-digital annuity and alternative investment workflows. The role partners with Principals to ensure timely paperwork and efficient processing.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred, or substantial experience with a high school diploma. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 4 days in-office at one of our hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with significant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with annuity workflows and contact center operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from the Contact Center and address inquiries directly or by collaborating with others.
• Familiar with the workflow and troubleshooting for the Annuity Submission Platform.
• Facilitate case routing for Annuity and Alternative Investments.
• Resolve missing documentation and re-route to proper case or department.
• Assign Subscribe orders to the Sales Supervision Principals.
• Work with Financial Professionals to address submission deficiencies.
