TEKsystems is seeking a person to respond to inquiries in a 24/7 high-volume contact center in Pensacola, FL. The role focuses on delivering excellent member experience by providing information on products and services, and assisting with financial transactions across accounts.

Entry-level responsibilities include handling inbound calls, data entry, and customer service tasks within a hybrid work setting. The position is contract-to-hire and offers benefits and flexible scheduling.

Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
