Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a CAE Engineer to contribute to CAD tooling, development of 3D models, and data maintenance across multiple engineering applications. The role is hybrid, based in Cranberry, PA or Rock Hill, SC with no relocation.

You will troubleshoot software issues, manage CAD data, and coordinate with vendors to ensure license usage while interfacing with enterprise solutions for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of CAD applications including Autodesk, AVEVA, and Hexagon-based products will be used daily.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues and understand software development techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support CAD Administration Lead in daily tasks.
• Plan, schedule and complete assignments within project scope and budget.
• Oversee creation and revision of drawings from 3D models and related data.
• Manage CAD data and data governance tools and license usage.
