Job summary

Bowman is seeking a CAD Technician/Party Chief II to join our team in Etna, NH. This hybrid role blends field surveying leadership with CAD drafting to support accurate project delivery.

You will lead daily field survey activities, manage crews, and coordinate with engineers and project managers while producing precise CAD drawings and base maps. The role requires 3+ years of field surveying and CAD drafting experience, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a valid driver's license; OSHA

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined field surveying and CAD drafting experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey data collection/processing software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field survey activities and supervise crew.
• Coordinate liaison between field crews, project managers, and office staff.
• Maintain and care for survey instruments, vehicles, and equipment.
• Produce CAD drawings, base maps, and survey plats from field data.
• Cross-check survey data with existing records and design requirements.
• Deliver work within established timelines and quality standards.
