Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of survey/CAD experience in land development or surveys.
• Proficiency with Carlson, Bentley Inroads/Geopak, Revit or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Convert field notes into electronically generated drawings and project documents with accuracy.
• Perform horizontal computations for boundary surveys and stakeouts.
• Draft final house location surveys from field notes and measurements.
• Compute horizontal positions for planned buildings, streets, and curbs for stakeouts.
• Check record plats for completeness and accuracy prior to review.
