Job summary

Sargent & Lundy offers a hybrid work arrangement where you will spend three days in the office and two days remotely. The role focuses on creating 3D civil grading and structural models and CAD drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation as part of a multi-disciplinary design team.

You will gain hands-on training in CAD environments and the company’s design databases, contributing to master sketches with precise specifications. Collaboration with vendors ensures design adjustments when needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in CAD technology.
• CAD certificate required for non-degreed candidates.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MicroStation is expected.
• Knowledge of producing technical plans, drawings and models.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hybrid setup with three days in the office and two remote days.
• Develop 3D civil grading and structural models to produce CAD deliverables.
• Prepare design drawings from input with the design team.
• Interface with vendors/contractors to explain drawings and support adjustments.
