Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analysis, finance, accounting, computer science, or related field.
• 0–3 years of related experience or internships considered.
• Strong Excel skills and foundational SQL, relational data, and data-validation concepts.
• Ability to ask questions, learn unfamiliar systems, and understand business purpose behind reports.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Cognos, or similar tools.
• Interact with stakeholders to define reporting and data needs and determine presentation approach.
• Review outputs for completeness and accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and escalate data integrity concerns.
• Investigate reporting, data, and system questions; document findings and coordinate resolutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing for reports, scripts, and processes; prepare test cases and evidence.
• Suggest improvements to data collection, monitoring, and reporting processes.
• Support new client, product, vendor, and system initiatives with data mapping and testing.
• Document report definitions, data-flow, test results, and issue summaries.
• Document issues in ticketing systems and participate in project teams as needed.
• Develop knowledge of the Bank's reporting environment and related systems for flexibility.
