Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business users and technical teams across our organization. You’ll troubleshoot applications, gather requirements, and support system enhancements with a strong focus on SQL-based data analysis.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business systems analysis, Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with internal or custom applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis, application support, or related role.
• Strong SQL proficiency; write and interpret queries; understand relational data.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into functional/technical specs.
• Experience with business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business users to understand needs, issues, processes, and enhancement requests.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and administration for business applications, including custom apps.
• Investigate issues and determine whether they relate to data, configuration, integrations, or code.
