The role involves contracts, budgets, procurement, onboarding, and training compliance, while also enabling data collection and policy suggestions as needed.

The incumbent will work under supervision, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools and strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• Ability to work with supervision and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic administrative support for the Civil Rights Enforcement Section.
• Handle contracts, budgets, procurement, hiring and onboarding processes.
• Training compliance, administrative tracking, file management and organization.
• Time entry, case and file management, and data processing.
• Interact with team and support senior staff; may perform data collection and analysis.
