Responsibilities

• Review information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Determine useful business solutions and recommend actions to meet organizational goals.
• Design and improve computer-based business systems.
• Work with senior managers to identify and resolve system problems.
• Analyze requirements to automate processing or improve systems.
• Collaborate across units to assess current operations and identify problems.
• Elicit problem symptoms, define problems, and gather data from various sources.
• Apply analytical techniques such as simulation, optimization, and decision analysis.
