Job summary

CCRC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technology across applications, data, and systems. You will translate requirements into clear specifications and help prioritize initiatives to ensure feasible, value-driven solutions.

This hybrid, full-time role entails requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design, with testing, validation, and ongoing application support. 3 days in office required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Technical: knowledge of APIs, data flows, and software development concepts; ability to write requirements and technical docs.
