Job summary

Leidos seeks a Cyber Fusion and Threats Analyst for the GSM-O II DISA DCCSS program, supporting 24x7 operations at the D2OC on Ft. Meade, MD. The role focuses on monitoring cyber activity, producing incident reports, and coordinating with DISA and mission partners.

Requirements include a BS with 8+ years of related DISA experience, DoD-8140 IAT Level 2 certification, and a active Top Secret/SCI clearance. Strong CND, TCP/IP knowledge, and experience with Splunk/Wireshark are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (related DISA experience accepted in lieu).
• Must have DoD-8140 IAT Level 2 baseline certification at start date.
• Proficient understanding of Cyber Network Defense (CND) in regards to protect, detect, respond and sustain within a Computer Incident Response organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical and strategic cyber matters to varied audiences.
• Highly developed research and analytical skills to pinpoint statistically significant patterns related to cyber threats.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, ports, protocols, traffic flow, OSI model, defense-in-depth.
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain situational awareness by reviewing DoD, IC and open source reports for new threats.
• Support mission-critical Continuity of Operations (COOP).
• Create incident reports, wiki updates, and notifications; run DoD queries and generate trend reports.
