Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a qualified attorney for a nationally recognized law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation. You will handle high-profile matters alongside experienced trial attorneys, with involvement across discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motions.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule (three days in the office, two days remote), plus formal mentorship, ongoing professional development, and a transparent partnership track for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical abilities are required.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motions.
• Excellent writing, research, and case analysis skills.
• Solid academic credentials with active Indiana bar eligibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
• Handle cases through all phases of litigation.
• Conduct written discovery and take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy.
