Responsibilities

• Draft and assemble employer-sponsored nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications, including responses to Requests for Evidence and motions.
• Nonimmigrant matters: H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, B-1, E-1/E-2, F-1.
• Immigrant matters: PERM, NIW, EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-1B.
• Support the PERM Labor Certification process with the U.S. Department of Labor.
• Prepare first drafts of client communications to support senior associates and partners.
