Job summary

CFS in Oak Brook is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Chicago and the Chicagoland area. You’ll sell CFS’s temporary staffing and executive search solutions, build new client relationships, and become a trusted resource for accounting, finance, and HR leaders.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role with base salary plus uncapped commissions and strong benefits, including ESOP, 401(k) match, comprehensive health plans, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence interacting with professionals at all levels of an organization.
• Comfortable leveraging social media, email, phone, and in-person meetings to build business relationships.
