Job summary

DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking a part-time Intern, Practice Development to support the business development team. You will assist with outreach to prospective clients, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials while gaining exposure to DMA's sales process and service offerings.

You will research potential clients, maintain records, and collaborate with marketing to track engagement. This hybrid role offers flexible schedule and hands-on learning in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outreach to prospective clients via phone and email to support meeting scheduling.
• Coordinate and prepare for meetings with prospective clients, including calendar scheduling and materials.
• Support practice development leaders in executing outreach strategies and tracking engagement.
• Research prospective clients and industries to understand potential business needs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and update internal systems as directed.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development on projects and initiatives.
• Participate in internal meetings to gain understanding of DMA services and sales processes.
