[Unknown] is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney in Charlotte for its Business & Commercial Disputes Practice Group. The role offers hybrid work, substantial responsibility, and exposure to high-stakes litigation for national and international clients across multiple industries.

Required are a JD from a top-tier law school, NC bar admission in good standing, 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience, and strong drafting, discovery, and trial support skills.

Formación

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in North Carolina, in good standing (or ability to become admitted promptly). Atlanta candidates admitted to the North Carolina Bar will also be considered.
• 3–5 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience at a sophisticated firm managing complex business disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Handle substantive work on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment briefs.
• Manage key aspects of discovery including written discovery, document production, and e-discovery coordination.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions of fact and expert witnesses as experience permits.
• Support trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and pretrial filings.
