Qualifications

• Knowledge of local market and ability to operate in the market
• Ideal candidate resides in the market and can travel as needed
• Demonstrated understanding of credit risk management principles
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to partner across business lines
• Proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM
• Proven track record of meeting quantifiable and qualitative targets

Responsibilities

• Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting
• Be the primary advisor for our business clients
• Build, develop, enrich and manage relationships with business clients
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build long-term relationships
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client's goals and needs
• Partner with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams
