Citadel Credit Union is seeking a Hybrid Business Banking Relationship Manager to acquire new members and deepen relationships with commercial clients in the Southern Region (Paoli, West Chester, Downingtown). You will leverage centers of influence, promote financial products, and coordinate with the commercial loan team to efficient underwriting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in business.
• 3–5 years commercial deposit and lending experience.
• 5+ years demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results.
• Current and/or prior portfolio management experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and banking regulations.
• Experience with personal and commercial financial statements.
• Understanding of commercial deposits, lending, and small business operations.
• Proficient with PC applications - MS Windows and Office; Client Experience Desktop.
• Position based in Southern Region branches: Paoli, West Chester, Downingtown.
