Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Product and IS teams; assist in preparing enhancement requirements and workarounds.
• Test specific lines of business and create reports to inform team members of vendor issues while maintaining accuracy and meeting due dates.
• Coordinate process of logs with vendors through professional and effective communication.
