Prowess Consulting is seeking a curious and self-directed Business Analyst/Operations Support Administrator to join our growing team in the greater Seattle area. This full-time hybrid role involves requirements gathering, validating changes, process improvement, and operational support across multiple projects.

You will work with PowerBI, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint to translate business needs into actionable specifications, coordinate with developers and product managers, and train users as

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated, recent experience creating and using PowerBI dashboards.
• Previous experience working with teams as a business analyst, including operational support is required.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Curious, sharp and adaptable with energy and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and translation of business needs into clear requirements and actions.
• Execute validation, testing and support user roll-out of new features or changes.
• Validation and testing to ensure features are functional and align with business goals.
• Stakeholder liaison with developers, product managers, insights teams and end users.
• Documentation of updates within Dynamics and SharePoint.
• Facilitate and conduct short training sessions for users.
• Team support across planning workshops, meetings, events, communications, and SharePoint updates.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to practical outcomes.
