Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Create business process flows, use cases, and detailed documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with change management, training, and implementation activities.
• Track requirements through the project lifecycle and ensure successful delivery.
