Job summary

Krones, Inc. North America Headquarters is hiring a Business Analyst. The role requires analyzing business needs, integrating software applications, and delivering reporting solutions across departments.

Hybrid work schedule with on-site and home-office days, relocation not provided. Qualifications include a BS in a related field, at least two years in an integrated business systems environment, and experience with ERP concepts, MS PowerBI, Excel, Python or C#, SQL, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Business, Computer Science, or Mathematics/Statistics.
• Two years’ experience in Integrated Business Systems environment.
• Two years of application development experience in manufacturing with ERP exposure.
• Team player with service-oriented attitude; treat end users as customers.
• Goal oriented with ability to stay focused and meet target dates.

Responsibilities

• Assessing business needs via process analysis, data validation, collaboration, and observation.
• Determine how to integrate software programs to enhance processes.
• Evaluate programs and processes and enable cost-effective improvements.
• Configure solutions for smooth system integration and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with teams to provide technical/reporting solutions and end-user training.
• Document processes and prepare progress reports.
• Perform detailed cost/benefit analyses within an integrated system environment.
• Audit completed projects for compliance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure accurate data collection and presentation for fast reporting.
