Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; at least five years in business analysis.
• Expert-level Excel for data analysis, automation, and visualization.
• Experience with Interagency Agreements, obligations, de-obligations, and budget execution.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial reports and data summaries.
• Strong written and verbal communication in financial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across Budget IAA and Budget Execution teams.
• Support budget and financial management activities related to IAA, obligations, de-obligations, spend plan development, and budget execution monitoring.
• Draft and review 7600A and 7600B forms.
• Process Interagency Agreements and assist with resolving issues delaying approval or obligations.
• Monitor obligations to ensure timely funding and de-obligations when needed.
• Coordinate with internal offices and external partners to resolve IAA documentation and funding issues.
• Assist offices in developing and updating budget execution spend plans.
