Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and four-year financial plans for OTI to meet responsibilities.
• Review agency submissions related to savings proposals, operations, and projects.
• Coordinate agency reviews on the budget impact of IT contracts and projects.
• Evaluate proposals for acquisition and implementation of computer systems, hardware, software, and services.
• Develop options to reduce departmental budgets using analysis and cost considerations.
• Prepare, administer, and maintain budgetary controls and monitor expenditures and revenues.
• Review, monitor, and evaluate agency contracts.
• Monitor budget modifications and ensure funding allocations are used cost-effectively.
• Monitor progress and performance of agency projects.
• Use Excel formulas and pivot tables to analyze large data sets and present findings.
