Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years analytical experience in program analysis, development, implementation, research, and/or evaluation; Master’s degree may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
• Two years as an Associate Analyst or related government experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget planning and monitoring for Facilities Services programs.
• Perform financial analysis, invoicing, reconciliations, and expenditure tracking.
• Prepare financial reports for management and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Monitor multiple funding sources and program budgets to ensure accurate billings and obligations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support budgeting and fiscal activities.
