The Analyst II will handle fiscal drills, projections, budget liaison duties, verification of purchase/service orders and contracts, and expenditure tracking, under supervision in the Fiscal & Grants Management Section.

Responsibilities

• Performs core administrative and financial tasks to ensure the Center for Laboratory Sciences maintains operational stability, strict compliance and mission alignment.
• Completes fiscal drills; conducts fiscal projections; serves as budget liaison; verifies purchase orders, service orders and contracts; tracks expenditures; provides general procurement assistance and guidance.
