Dextera Corporation in Washington, DC seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to support federal budgeting and financial management. The role provides flexible support to the Budget IAA Team and Budget Execution Team, handling IAA processing, spend plans, obligations, de-obligations, and budget execution monitoring.

Candidates must be a US citizen, hold a four-year degree, and have at least five years of analytics experience with advanced Excel, plus familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow and Concur.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of five years of business analysis experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide flexible support to Budget IAA and Budget Execution teams.
• Manage IAA forms, obligations, de-obligations, and spend plan development.
• Monitor budget execution and track unfunded requirements.
• Process IAA documentation and resolve issues delaying approvals.
• Verify expenditures and prepare budget reports and close-out activities.
• Collaborate with internal offices and external partners as needed.
• Perform other duties to support budget and financial management operations.
