Qualifications

• Develop and monitor the agency's annual budget, including the matching funds.
• Reconcile quarterly spending plans and budgets across cycles.
• Execute budget changes in FMS3 and reconcile by code.
• Prepare analyses on budget expenditures and surplus needs.
• Track programmatic and admin spending; advise staff on funding.
• Generate ad hoc reports with Info Advantage.
• Maintain PS tracker and coordinate vacancies.
• Review OTPS approvals and manage encumbrance tracking.
• Review COFs and PRFs for funding availability.
• Monitor contract spending and voucher approvals.
• Participate in Financial Dashboard reviews and SOP drafting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, monitoring, and reconciliation of the CFB's agency budget, including the matching funds program.
• Prepare and analyze financial dashboards and quarterly reports for leadership.
• Support procurement and personnel actions with accurate budgetary oversight.
• Maintain documentation and processes for budget governance and control.
