Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with three credit hours in auditing.
• Three years of experience examining, analyzing, and interpreting accounting systems, records, and reports.
• One year of accounting experience preparing, monitoring, or overseeing a budget.
• Experience with FMIS.
• Experience analyzing budget-to-actual expenditures and preparing expenditure projections.
• Intermediate or above MS Excel proficiency with formulas and pivot tables.

Key qualifications

• Experience using the State of Maryland Financial Management Information System (FMIS)
• Experience analyzing budget-to-actual expenditures and preparing expenditure projections
