Job summary

Firstrust Bank is seeking a BSA/AML Analyst to support the design and execution of our compliance programs, including OFAC, in a hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Hours are 8:30–5:30.

Responsibilities include assisting with transaction monitoring, investigations, data analysis, risk identification, and regulatory reporting. You will communicate with bankers and customers to ensure full compliance and participate in ongoing compliance projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with bankers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transaction monitoring and investigations.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Assist in developing and tuning compliance processes and reporting.
• Understand and apply BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports to meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Educate and advise lines of business to ensure compliance.
• Participate in compliance projects.
