The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in bridge design and project management and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. The company offers a flexible/hybrid work schedule as part of its extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in bridge design and project management.
• Ability to mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers.
• Provide technical leadership through design oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge structural design, plan development, and delivery.
• Support the execution of CEC’s transportation growth strategy.
• Coordinate multi-discipline design efforts including geotechnical and roadway.
