You will lead diverse bridge design projects, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with PennDOT standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, a PE license in Pennsylvania, and over 8 years of bridge engineering experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of bridge engineering experience, including at least 2 years as a Project or Task Manager.
• Strong knowledge of PennDOT standards, specifications, and design manuals.
• Experience delivering projects for Local Public Agencies (LPA) and/or federally funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of bridge design projects, including team management, client communication, and project financial oversight.
• Manage sub-consultants and multidisciplinary internal teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful delivery and relationship growth.
