Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Active FINRA registrations or ability to obtain within specified timeframes (Series 7, Series 24, S63/S66, S65/S66).
• Active Life and Health license or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Proven success driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and sales abilities.
