Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. seeks a Branch Manager to lead one or more Ameriprise owned branch offices. You will own local market growth, recruit new advisors, and coach teams to deliver the Ameriprise Client Experience.

You will drive profitable growth, manage risk, and develop a strong office culture focused on client outcomes, integrity and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Active FINRA licenses or ability to obtain within stated timelines.
• Proven leadership and sales track record with client acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more Ameriprise branch offices and execute a growth plan.
• Recruit high-quality advisors and develop onboarding and ramp-up plans.
• Coach advisors on revenue drivers, onboarding, and client experience; manage risks.
• Foster local office culture, integrity, and scalability of operations.
