The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, FINRA registrations or ability to obtain, and a track record in sales, leadership, and risk management. In-office collaboration with a client-centric culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• Active FINRA licenses or ability to obtain within stated timeframes.
• Strong leadership, recruitment, and client development skills.
• Proven track record in sales and branch growth.
• P&L management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Recruit high-quality advisors and build a robust local pipeline.
• Coach advisors on revenue drivers and client acquisition.
• Lead onboarding and ramp-up plans to drive branch growth.
• Maintain strong local culture and uphold core values.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
