Job summary

Kung Fu Chicken is seeking energetic servers to support both front and back operations in our fast-casual Miami location. Responsibilities include food prep, order taking, POS operation, and guest service. We offer flexible shifts, weekends and evenings, with opportunities for tips and growth.

Candidates should have a positive attitude, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to train. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Back-of-House: Assist with food preparation and cooking, fry etc.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Keep food inventory organized and restocked as needed.
• Front-of-House: Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Serve guests, package to-go orders, ensure speedy, accurate service.
• Keep dining areas clean and inviting.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Fixed shifts (including weekends and evenings)

Pay: $15:$16/Hour + tips (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

As a BOH/FOH Server, you’ll be a key part of our team by supporting both front and back operations:

Back-of-House (Kitchen Tasks)

• Assist with food preparation and cooking (e.g., frying chicken, assembling sandwiches/wraps)
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Keep food inventory organized and restocked as needed
  
  
  

Front-of-House (Guest Service & Cashier)

• Greet and take orders with a friendly, professional attitude
• Operate the POS/cash register accurately
• Serve guests, package to-go orders, and ensure speedy, accurate service
