Job summary

The Catching Group is hiring for a BOH/FOH Server in Miami, FL. You will support both kitchen and guest-facing operations in a fast-casual setting known for bold flavors and signature sauces.

Flexible full-time or part-time shifts, with weekends and evenings. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for hands-on training and career growth in a vibrant team environment.

• Basic food prep and customer service experience preferred but training provided.
• Comfortable handling both kitchen and front service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking (frying chicken, assembling sandwiches/wraps).
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Manage front-of-house tasks: greet, take orders, operate POS, serve guests, and package to-go orders.

What You’ll Do

As a BOH/FOH Server, you’ll be a key part of our team by supporting both front and back operations:

Back-of-House (Kitchen Tasks)

• Assist with food preparation and cooking (e.g., frying chicken, assembling sandwiches/wraps)
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Keep food inventory organized and restocked as needed

Front-of-House (Guest Service & Cashier)

• Greet and take orders with a friendly, professional attitude
• Operate the POS/cash register accurately
• Serve guests, package to-go orders, and ensure speedy, accurate service
• Keep dining/service areas clean and inviting

What We’re Looking For
