World Famous Hotboys in Carmel, IN is seeking a reliable Server to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

You’ll work with a friendly team, handle POS transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming spaces. Our ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, and thrives in a busy setting with positive energy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Server to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping maintain the quality, consistency, and experience that Hotboys is known for.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and working in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Must maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts

Pay:

$8 Per Hour + Tips
