Mad For Chicken is seeking a Front of House Team Member to welcome guests, take orders, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will work with a friendly team, learn our menu, and support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.
• Experience using Toast or other POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Guide guests through our menu and provide recommendations
• Take accurate dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders using the Toast POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
• Assist with food running, table maintenance, packaging takeout orders, and supporting team members during busy periods
• Restock supplies and prepare stations for service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Participate in opening and closing duties

Position Summary
