Job summary

Bright Achievements, a leading in-home ABA provider, is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Anchorage team, with opportunities for career advancement and growth.

As a BCBA, you will perform in-home assessments, conduct functional analyses, develop individualized programs, train and supervise technicians, and coordinate family training while managing progress data using Rethink Behavioral Health. Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate within the United States.
  • Master’s Degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience required.
  • 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial and ongoing in-home client assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS.
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff to address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires.
  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements.
  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the Rethink Behavioral Health system.
