Job summary

Bright Achievements, a leading in-home ABA provider, seeks a BCBA to join our team. You will perform in-home assessments, develop individualized programs, and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA services.

You will manage data using Rethink Behavioral Health, collaborate with families, and tailor interventions to diverse client needs. The role supports flexible scheduling across client locations with hybrid/in-person/remote options.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active BCBA certificate within the United States.
  • Master’s Degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience preferred.
  • 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial and ongoing in-home assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS).
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Develop individualized programs for each client.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in 1:1 ABA services.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate staff to build functional skill repertoires.

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

In-person services are required, with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings.

Duties:
  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health

BCBA Job Requirements:
